This Privacy Policy explains how Kitchen Fragrances India LLP, trading as 7th Heaven ("7th Heaven", "we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data. It applies to www.7thheavenfranchise.com, www.7thheaven.in, and any enquiry form we run, including franchise enquiry forms on Facebook and Instagram (Meta) and Google.

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry details: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email (if given), and your answers to the questions on our forms (for example, whether you can arrange the franchise investment).

  • Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the website.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, used to run and improve the website and measure our advertising.

 

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your franchise enquiry and send you our franchise prospectus.

  • To contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email about the 7th Heaven franchise opportunity, including follow-up messages.

  • To assess whether the franchise is a suitable fit.

  • To run, secure and improve our website and measure our advertising.

  • To meet legal obligations.

We use your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).

 

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us handle enquiries, under their own data-protection terms, for example:

  • our CRM provider (Zoho)

  • our automation provider (Zapier)

  • our WhatsApp messaging provider (WATI / WhatsApp Business)

  • advertising platforms (Meta, Google)

We may also share data where the law requires it.

 

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

 

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

 

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you

  • correct or update it

  • delete it

  • stop contacting you (withdraw consent)

To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP at any time. For anything else, email cs@7thheaven.in. You may also nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.

Our franchise enquiries are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
